Peter Dreher is a corporate and projects Partner at Melbourne law firm Rigby Cooke.

Peter has a diverse client base and international experience, handling a broad range of local, national and international transactions in many industry sectors including energy, automotive, technology, IT and consumer goods. In particular, Peter has been a lead lawyer in acting for key players in the renewable energy sector.

Peter has also practiced as a lawyer in England and Germany. In that role, he faced the legal challenges of a multi-jurisdictional legal and business environment.

Apart from his role as a Partner at Rigby Cooke, Peter is his firm’s representative on the Wind Directorate of the Clean Energy Council, President of Australian Business In Europe (Australia) and Executive Officer of the Australian German Association Inc. Until 2009, Peter was the Chair of the Board of Management of the former Contemporary Europe Research Centre at the University of Melbourne.
