The European Commission has launched a number of calls for proposals under the 2009 and 2010 work programme for the Energy Theme as part of the FP7 Specific Programme on ‘Cooperation’.
Within Theme 5 Energy proposals are called for under the call identifier FP7-ENERGY-2010-1 (indicative budget €54 million) and address the following activities:
- Renewable Electricity Generation
- Renewable Fuel Production
- CO2 Capture and Storage Technologies for Zero Emission Power Generation
- Smart Energy Networks
- Energy Efficiency and Savings
Further calls for proposals have been published under the call identifier FP7-ENERGY-2010-2 (indicative budget €135 million) for the following application areas:
- Renewable Electricity Generation
- Renewable Fuel Production
- Renewables for Heating and Cooling
- Clean Coal Technologies
- Cross-Cutting Actions Between Activities
- Smart Energy Networks
- Energy Efficiency and Savings
