ICT Policy Support Programme — 4th call

The European Commission has published the 4th call for proposals for the ICT Policy Support Programme within the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP).
A budget of €107 million is foreseen for funding under this call.
The call will address the following thematic areas of the work programme 2010:
- ICT for a low carbon economy and smart mobility
- ICT for energy and water efficiency in social housing
- ICT for water efficiency
- Energy efficient co-operative transport management systems
- Support to eCall implementation based on 112

- Access to European Rights Information / Registry of Orphan Works

- Scaling up of eHealth services and supporting the EU eHealth governance initiative
- e-Accessibility for Public digital Terminals
- Assistive technologies and accessibility porta
- Open Innovation for future Internet-enabled Services in “smart” Cities
- Open Innovation for future Internet-enabled Services in “smart” Cities
- ICT for improved services for citizens and businesses
- Enlargement of the Pilot “SPOCS” preparing the implementation of the Services Directive
