description

The European Commission has published a call for the Marie Curie Individual Fellowships.

With a Marie Curie-Fellowship, researchers can do their own research project at a host institution in an EU-Member State or a Third Country. The topic of the project can be freely chosen.

Intra-European Fellowships (IEF)
These fellowships support the career development of experienced researchers of any discipline by providing funding for a research project undertaken in an EU Member State or Associated Country. Eligible researchers can be of any nationality. The researcher must have spent less than 12 months in the last 3 years prior to the deadline in the country of the host institution.
International Incoming Fellowships (IIF)
IIFs support experienced researchers of any discipline from non-European third countries by providing funding for a research project undertaken in an EU Member State or Associated Country. If the researcher is from a developing country, a return phase to the country of origin of one year can also be financed. Eligible researchers can be of any nationality.
International Outgoing Fellowships (IOF)
IOFs support the career development of experienced researchers of any discipline by providing funding for a research project undertaken in a non-European third country. After the outgoing phase of between 1 and 2 years, a reintegration phase of 1 year in Europe must follow. Eligible researchers must either be nationals of an EU Member State or Associated Country.
