Ghent University provides support for visiting postdoctoral fellowships which introduce external expertise and encourage collaborations between Flemish and foreign research units. Applications are open to fellows of a foreign nationality who have taken a doctoral degree after defending a thesis at a university outside of Belgium.
There is no deadline. Applications on the appropriate application forms must be introduced, by the Flemish professor, at the F.W.O.-Vlaanderen secretariat at least three months preceding the aimed journey.
