The European Commission has published new calls for the Public-Private-Partnership ‘Energy Efficient Buildings’ (GC) concerning the Thematic Priorities ‘Nanosciences, Nanotechnologies, Materials and New Production Technologies’ (NMP), ‘Environment (incl. climate change)’, ‘Transport (incl. Aeronautics)’ and ‘Information and Communication Technologies’ (ICT).
The following research priorities are open for submission:
- NMP:
- Material for new energy efficient building components with reduced embodied energy
- New efficient solutions for energy generation, storage and use related to space heating and domestic hot water in existing buildings
- Energy saving technologies for buildings envelope retrofitting
- Geo-clusters approach to support European energy-efficient goals
- ICT:
- ICT for energy-efficient buildings and spaces of public use
- Environment (incl. climate change):
- Technologies for ensuring, monitoring and/or controlling a high quality indoor environment particularly in relation to energy efficient buildings
- Operational guidance for Life Cycle Assessment studies of the Energy Efficient Buildings Initiative
- Energy:
- Demonstration of very low energy new buildings
