The European Commission has published new Calls in the Specific Programme ‘Cooperation’, Thematic Priority 5 ‘Energy’ of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).
The ENERGY Call Part 1 (focus on long-term research activities) comprises the following research priorities:
- Renewable Electricity Generation
- Renewable Fuel Production
- Renewables for Heating and Cooling
- CO2 Capture and Storage Technologies for Zero Emission Power Generation
- Clean Coal Technologies
- Smart Energy Networks
- Horizontal Programme Actions
The ENERGY Call Part 2 (short-term research and demonstration activities) comprises the following research priorities:
- Renewable Electricity Generation
- Renewables for Heating and Cooling
- Cross-Cutting Actions Between Activities 5 (CO2 Capture and Storage Technologies for Zero Emission Power Generation) and 6 (Clean Coal Technologies)
- Smart Energy Networks
- Energy Efficiency and Savings
